Founded in 1998, China Xinjia Home Textile Co., Ltd. is a professional China papasan cushion manufacturer and supplier of home textile industry. The computers and laser Linofilm are mainly used for design style, colors, and size for garments, home textiles and fabric. We also have acquired the technical know-how for bleaching, pigment dye and screen printing, embroidery, sewing, pressing and packing over the years. We use high thread-count cotton, poly cotton, taffeta, poly sateen, jacquard, mock suede, voile and ramie. Size : approx. 130cm dia x 18cm thick. This Cushion is very thickly stuffed with Dacron Fibre and is deep buttoned. Very soft & luxurious. Note : The Dacron fibre will compact down in time. New dacron can be added to maintain thickness. Our cushions are large, ie. they measure 69" x 48" when fully stuffed and laid out flat. This size nicely fits the standard 65" x 45" double papasan frame (65" x 45" inches is the measurement of the dish frame directly across, without allowing for the curvature/depth of the dish). Some fabrics may require an additional seam across the face of your cushion - we indicate which fabrics these are on the relevant page. Please note that any additional seam is barely noticeable, as the seam is placed along a row of buttons, where the cushion naturally creases once it is in the chair.

Papasans Unlimited offers two categories of cushions, the Deluxe style, as detailed on this page, and the Tufted Style. In addition, we have two categories of fabrics, the Standard Range and Premium Range, with our Premium range costing $30.00 per papasan cushion extra. There is a great selection of fabrics. Should you be seeking a specific color which we do not have displayed on the website, then please let us know, as we may still be able to assist you. Failing that, you are welcome to send to us your own fabric to us to make into your papasan cushion. See bottom of page for more details. Double papasan cushions feel really good when filled to at least 8-10 inches thick, which means that you wont feel the rattan papasan frame beneath the cushion. Because we place only 10 buttons in the double papasan cushions, there is plenty of space inside the cushion to allow for the extra filling and and achieve at least 8" in thickness. The overfilled, puffy cushion provides a comfortable resting and sleeping space and is included with the bamboo pet bed frame.
